Patterns that repeat
Every request is attributed to a responsible person at the last step, so nobody argues later about whose booking it was. Files are stored on our side, not as messenger file IDs that die with a token change. Histories are append-only — a correction is a new row, and disputes are settled from the log. Rate limits, retries and dead-letter queues are boring, which is exactly why the bots stay up for months.
